This website and the applications linked from it are operated by Marin Benke - Web & IT, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands (KvK 99906341, VAT NL005417170B71), Bosstraat 28, 6291CK Vaals. Permitted use
You may browse this website and contact me through it for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure, interfere with its operation, retrieve it automatically at a volume that degrades service for others, or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.
Applications and accounts
Applications I register with third-party platforms such as Google Cloud are private tools used to run my own business and are not offered as a public service. Where an application connects to an account, it does so only with the permissions granted through that platform, and those permissions can be revoked at any time.
Services and contracts
Nothing on this website is a binding offer. Descriptions of services, portfolio work and any prices shown are for information only. Client work is agreed separately in a written quote or contract, and where those terms differ from these, they take precedence.
Intellectual property
The design, text, images and code of this website are mine or used with permission and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or republish substantial parts of them without written permission. Client logos and project names belong to their respective owners and are shown for reference only.
Availability
I aim to keep this website available and accurate, but I do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Content may be changed or removed at any time without notice.
Third-party links and services
This site links to third-party services such as Cal.com, GitHub, LinkedIn and Fiverr. I have no control over their content or practices and accept no responsibility for them; their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Liability
The content of this website is provided without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by Dutch law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Disputes will be brought before the competent court of the Rechtbank Limburg, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to another forum.
